The Facilities Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Facilities Management & Engineering department by providing both administrative and operational support. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with hands-on coordination of facilities-related activities. The position is responsible for managing schedules, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, and tracking project progress. Operating with a level of autonomy, the Facilities Specialist is entrusted with ownership of assigned functions and contributes to the overall effectiveness of departmental operations. Team Culture

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an associate or bachelor's degree in business, facilities management, or related field or equivalent work experience of 3 - 5 years.
