Thank you for your interest in supporting Bethel's commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for our students. At Bethel, we offer 1, 2, or 4-credit classes. Adjunct load will vary based on the capabilities of the Adjunct Professor and department needs. We pay $1,250 per credit hour for online courses and $1,500 per credit hour for in-person or hybrid courses. Please note that we require our adjuncts to have doctoral degrees. Responsibilities Dependent on specific position Skills Dependent on specific position Experience Collegiate teaching preferred Education Doctorate in theology or related field required Additional Information For a 4-credit online class, the minimum pay is $1000. Pay is generally $500 per student up to a maximum of $5000 for ten or more students. For a 4-credit face to face class, the minimum pay is $1200. Per-student pay is generally $600 up to a maximum of $6000 for ten or more students.
