Team Lead Production 1p-9:30p M-F

Ensures team member productivity and accuracy expectations are maintained with the Production areas. Oversees and troubleshoots conveyor, pick systems, and location accuracy to ensure constant carton movement. Investigates identified errors to resolve problems. Provides training and feedback to area team members regarding work performance. Prioritizes specific work according to divisions to meet deadlines. Evaluates and positions staff according to volume flow. Communicate with all department supervisors to ensure work completion. Disposes of empty boxes and packaging appropriately to maintain safe and clean working conditions. Various other assignments as needed.

• Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.
• Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

Strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize and work assignments. Strong basic mathematical skills. Excellent communication skills and adaptability to various assignments. Ability to work under stress and deal with multiple problems. Highly detail oriented to be responsible and accountable for accuracy.

Experience:

Knowledge of basic warehousing operations preferred.

Other:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience.

Physical demands refer to the level and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform critical tasks in support of critical job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Physical demands:

Lifting: Individual products: 0-10 lbs - Frequent

11-20 lbs - Occasional

Lifting and carrying: Boxes - 0-25 lb's - Occasional

25 - 50 lb's - Infrequent

Pushing/pulling: Up to 25lbs of force is needed to move carts on a continuous basis when working with a cart.

Gripping with one or both hands: Continuously

Twist/bending: Frequently

Reaching overhead: Occasionally

Climbing ladders/stepstools: Occasionally

Walk/stand on concrete: Continuously

Utilizes hand tools such as computer, box cutter, scanner and tape gun

Based on work location, may work in a location/area that is not temperature controlled
