Description Seeking an experienced Product & Data Analyst to support critical initiatives the gift card products covering fraud detection, mitigation and prevention. This is a 12 month contract role based in Cupertino with a hybrid structure, you would be asked to be onsite Tuesday through Thursday. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Fraud, Legal, Operations, Product, and Business Development to design and implement fraud monitoring solutions and prevention strategies. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to gift card fraud. - Develop and maintain dashboards that monitor suspicious activity trends. - Create and track fraud KPIs to measure the effectiveness of fraud prevention strategies. - Provide regular fraud trend updates and insights to key stakeholders and management - Provide data-backed recommendations to influence product roadmap decisions, focusing on improving fraud prevention capabilities and reducing exposure to emerging threats.
