Active Directory Engineer - Hybrid (DFW Airport Site) We're seeking a Microsoft Active Directory Engineer to support a client in a hybrid role based at DFW Airport in Texas. This position requires 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work weekly. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft identity infrastructure and a passion for solving complex directory and access issues in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities * Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and PKI infrastructure. * Support hybrid identity solutions including Azure Entra ID and Entra ID Connect. * Respond to service tickets and client issues via phone, email, and remote access. * Collaborate with NOC and engineering teams on incident and change management. * Maintain technical documentation and contribute to process improvements. * Participate in on-call rotation and ensure availability across communication channels. * Test and implement new features and configurations in production environments. * Escalate and resolve vendor support cases related to identity and access issues. Technical Expertise * Strong experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, Exchange, and Azure AD. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure Licensing/CSP, and SQL. * Understanding of Microsoft patching, PKI, and identity federation. * Knowledge of VMware, VDI, networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSI), and backup solutions is a plus. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent/military experience. * MCSE or Microsoft 365 Certification required. * 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft identity and access management. * Strong communication and documentation skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Passion for continuous learning and technical growth. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
