Branch Team Leader On-site \| Brookfield, WI 53005 * Assistant Branch Manager \| Full-Time \| $65,000/year Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM \| Every other Saturday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM About the Role* We are seeking a Branch Team Leader to join our growing team in Brookfield, WI. This is a key leadership role responsible for supervising, motivating, and developing branch team members while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional member service. This position supports the Branch Manager in all aspects of branch performance, staffing, and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coach branch team members to meet performance and service goals. * Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff. * Support daily branch operations, including teller line oversight and scheduling. * Deliver exceptional member service and resolve escalated concerns. * Perform audits and ensure compliance with credit union policies. * Open new accounts and assist with advanced transactions. * Coordinate with the Branch Manager on team meetings, performance reviews, and operational improvements. * Represent the credit union positively in the community. Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in financial services or banking. * 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience. * Strong background in customer service and relationship building. * Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work on-site and maintain a structured routine. * Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer is a plus. Work Environment & Training * Training will take place in the Fox Valley area. Mileage, hotel accommodations, and per diem for meals (2 weeks, 5 days/week) will be provided. Why Join Us?
