Drug Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

• 
  

  Operate, maintain, and clean drug manufacturing equipment and lab tools to ensure proper function and compliance.

  
  
• 
  

  Accurately weigh and measure raw materials and active ingredients, combining them into blends per work orders.

  
  
• 
  

  Perform lab techniques such as restriction digest gel electrophoresis, UV/Vis spectrophotometry, and aseptic inoculation of flasks.

  
  
• 
  

  Use micropipettes and serological pipettes with high attention to detail while managing multiple manufacturing orders concurrently.

  
  
• 
  

  Complete batch record documentation and paper GDP accurately, following cGMP and safety standards with minimal errors or corrections.

  
  
• 
  

  Participate in equipment and facility upkeep to maintain a state of good repair.

  
  
• 
  

  Complete all required training, including cGMP and safety, on schedule.

  
  
• 
  

  Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, strictly following established procedures.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED equivalent (entry-level welcome).

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with lab environments, cGMP standards, and documentation practices.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a regulated manufacturing setting.
