Position Description:

Senior Operations Planners provide the backbone for joint cyberspace and network operations planning at DISA. Leveraging expertise in the Joint Planning Process (JPP), this position shapes operational plans and contingencies that safeguard core national cyber infrastructure and command and control.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of operational, contingency, and crisis action plans via the JPP, Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX), and related frameworks.
• Analyze doctrine, forecast risks, and synthesize technical and operational perspectives into actionable plans
• Participate in and drive cross-agency planning groups and working teams
• Advise decision-makers on course-of-action analysis and plan execution risk
• Draft, brief, and maintain vital planning products (OPORDs, FRAGOs, CONOPs) supporting mission assurance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, operational, or military discipline
• 8+ years' planning experience in joint, interagency, or operational cyber/network environments
• Demonstrated understanding of JPP/ APEX
• Strong writing, briefing, and collaboration skills
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
