Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Program Manager/Executive Administrator providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB). The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.

This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, MA.



Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

Executive Support

    Serve as a trusted liaison, keeping executive leadership informed on mission-related priorities, emerging issues, and organizational initiatives.

  • Provide high-level administrative support including drafting, reviewing, and preparing correspondence, reports, and briefings for executive approval in alignment with organizational standards.

  • Coordinate executive calendars, travel, and meetings; ensure seamless execution of in-person and virtual engagements by managing scheduling, agendas, documentation, and technology platforms.

  • Support decision-making by consolidating tasking updates, tracking action items and suspenses, and delivering timely, accurate information to leadership.

  • Maintain executive records, files, and meeting documentation in compliance with policy; ensure accountability through accurate minutes, attendance, and action tracking.

  • Represent leadership in routine communications by screening calls, responding to inquiries, and directing matters to appropriate staff with discretion and professionalism.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow and administrative processes, providing recommendations that enhance efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

  • Draft and review contractual correspondence, source selection documents, and acquisition documentation including ADM, LCSP, APB, Risk Plans, and milestone briefings.

Documentation, Reporting & Tools
  • Prepare and maintain acquisition reports/documentation.

  • Use systems such as LCMP, SharePoint, ATAAPS, DTS, HanscomNet, Microsfot Suite, etc.

  • Support briefings, graphics, and acquisition data reporting for internal and external stakeholders.



Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Secret Clearance

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education: Associates Degree in a related field and up to three years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed
