Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of the San Francisco, CA office. This position provides strategic and operational partnership to the sales organization by leading multi-disciplinary projects that drive revenue growth and operational excellence. Responsible for developing, implementing, recommending insights to sales leaders to enhance sales strategies, efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue growth. The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team and actively contributes to revenue to the Startup Banking and Global Gateway businesses. This position is a combination of sales, managing sales processes at scale and providing continuous insights and analytics. A key function is to manage inbound leads who have already expressed a willingness to be 'clients at the Bank". This position will make sure that this and other similar processes are running smoothly. Responsibilities
Qualifications Basic Quailifications: Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Relevant work experience in consulting or equivalent -OR- High School Diploma GED and 12 years of experience in Relevant work experience in consulting or equivalent Preferred Qualifications:
The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $130,000 - $170,000 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
