We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative *Location*: Des Moines, IA (100% in-office)
*Pay*: $16-$20/hr *Schedule*: Full-time | Shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Smartphone required for security purposes *Contract-to-Hire | 6-Month Initial Contract* *ClaimDOC* is looking for a *Customer Service Representative *to join our growing team! This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of call center experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others navigate their healthcare benefits. What You'll Do * Handle inbound calls from members regarding their health benefit plans * Make outbound calls to follow up on claims and inquiries * Assist providers with benefit details and contracting opportunities * Coordinate with care providers to schedule appointments * Document all interactions accurately in internal systems * Take difficult calls with professionalism and empathy What We're Looking For * 1+ year of call center experience * Experience with outbound calls * Strong communication and active listening skills * Ability to manage challenging conversations * Healthcare/insurance experience is a plus, but not required Why ClaimDOC? Training & Work Hours * *Training*: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM * Most shifts fall between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Lunch: 30 minutes or 1 hour (employee preference) #centralpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
