Summary Job Description: Seeking Surgical Coordinator!Full-Time, Days Baptist Health Floyd, Surgical ServicesSouthern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area This position is responsible for the continuum of care of patients within Surgical Services that fall within the assigned specialty or group of specialties. It is imperative this person work with a sense of urgency in support of patient safety, surgeon satisfaction, and overall efficiencies of the operating room department.Position/Opportunity Highlights: Opportunity to work in a Regional, Non-Profit, Community Hospital Opportunity to work with a wide array of patients Opportunity to work for an organization that promotes continued education and growth Comprehensive evidence-based nursing care *Qualifications:* Associate or bachelor's Degree Graduate of approved nursing program Current Indiana RN license BLS for Healthcare Providers required ACLS certification One year previous nursing experience that has provided opportunities to refine competencies in nursing practice Shows an understanding and knowledge of computer system.
