Data Analyst Intern - 2026 Summer Internship (Chicago Hybrid)

We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to improving data quality and integrity across the organization. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data governance, data analysis, and master data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing data quality checks and profiling on customer and supplier data using tools like Alation and Datactics.

• Support the Product Data Management project by helping with data mapping and analysis for product data integrations and conversions.

• Work with the data team to identify and resolve data discrepancies and implement data quality improvements.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy.

• Help document data definitions, business rules, and data lineage to support data governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.

• Basic understanding of database concepts and data structures.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.

Note: Candidate must be in the Chicago/Schaumburg office 2 days a week.

• High School Diploma is required

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of May 2028 or later
