We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner Intern to join our Product Management team. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver next-generation products and solutions. You will learn how to manage the development lifecycle, support project execution, and apply agile methodologies to bring impactful ideas to life.

This internship is designed for students or early-career professionals interested in exploring the product management and ownership space while contributing to real-world projects that make a difference.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Product Owner Intern, you will:

  • Assist in managing the development and implementation of Motorola Solutions' products and services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products.

  • Support projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality goals.

  • Track and evaluate project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Participate in project reviews, agile ceremonies, and status meetings to gain exposure to product development practices.

  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and approaches to capture new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in product management, project management, or agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
