Mgr-Financial Compliance

Oversee financial compliance program, ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Lead a team of compliance professionals, develops and implements compliance strategies, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate financial risk.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the financial compliance team. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits. Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Report compliance issues to senior leadership and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance matters.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or related discipline.

Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum experience

• Five (5) years in financial compliance, auditing, or related field.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in audit tools and financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
