We're looking for a Senior Manager, Security Systems, to be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the integrity, functionality, and performance FOX's physical security systems. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams across domestic and international locations.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer and support physical security platforms (e.g., access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, mass notification)
  • Lead system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new security technologies
  • Maintain system integrity through firmware updates, diagnostics, backups, and security audits
  • Manage external vendors and evaluate contract performance and service level agreements
  • Respond to incidents and provide after-hours support when necessary
  • Write and maintain system documentation, standards, and operational playbooks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Facilities, and Security teams
  • Support security operations at international sites

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing physical security systems in complex enterprise environments
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience
  • Experience with systems like Lenel, S2, Milestone, ExacqVision, and integrated access/video platforms
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and system admin skills (readers, sensors, alarms, cameras, biometric devices)
  • Ability to lead vendor evaluations, contract management, and project rollouts
  • Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort with international travel

Nice To Have, But Not a Deal Breaker

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Security Systems, or a related technical field
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices as they relate to physical infrastructure
  • Experience supporting high-security or media/critical infrastructure environments

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-179,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
