Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a robust technical background for process characterization, optimization, and sustaining effort in the dry etch area. This work will include the use of designs of experiments and statistical process control. Desired engineering strengths should include some mix of related experience with yield improvement, transfer of new technologies, sustaining manufacturing, or ramp-up of a new area. Hands-on participation and tool ownership are expected. Behavioral traits for this position include good communication and interpersonal skills, self-direction, teamwork, and attention to detail.
