Hours & Pay Schedule: 1st shift (daytime hours) Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Employment Type: Temporary (with opportunity to gain valuable experience for career growth) What You'll Do As a Resident Coordinator, you'll help drive impactful programming and services, with a focus on supporting school-aged children in after-school programs: Assist with running the after-school program and developing engaging enrichment activities. Build trust and meaningful relationships with residents across all age groups. Partner with the Resident Services Coordinator to connect residents with local resources, programs, and referral services. Provide translation and interpretation services to ensure accessibility for all residents. Support food distribution needs within the community. Promote activities and programs by distributing newsletters and fliers. Assist with planning and coordinating onsite events and community-building activities. Recruit new community-based organizations to provide services onsite. Help maintain resident data, program attendance, and post-program survey results. Ensure accurate records of services, referrals, and event participation are kept up to date. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a community services, youth development, or program support role (non-entry level) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and engage with diverse populations Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable supporting youth programming and building connections with school-aged children Bilingual skills for translation/interpretation preferred Ready to Make a Difference?
