We're hiring a Resident Coordinator in Vallejo, CA, to join the team at a dynamic Family Resource Center that provides vital programming and services to residents of all ages. Hours & Pay

Schedule: 1st shift (daytime hours)

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Resident Coordinator, you'll help drive impactful programming and services, with a focus on supporting school-aged children in after-school programs:



  • Assist with running the after-school program and developing engaging enrichment activities.
  • Build trust and meaningful relationships with residents across all age groups.
  • Partner with the Resident Services Coordinator to connect residents with local resources, programs, and referral services.
  • Provide translation and interpretation services to ensure accessibility for all residents.
  • Support food distribution needs within the community.
  • Promote activities and programs by distributing newsletters and fliers.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating onsite events and community-building activities.
  • Recruit new community-based organizations to provide services onsite.
  • Help maintain resident data, program attendance, and post-program survey results.
  • Ensure accurate records of services, referrals, and event participation are kept up to date.

What We're Looking For



  • 2+ years of experience in a community services, youth development, or program support role (non-entry level)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and engage with diverse populations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Comfortable supporting youth programming and building connections with school-aged children
  • Bilingual skills for translation/interpretation preferred
