Co-op Program Overview

We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Co-ops will work full-time hours during the summer and part-time hours during the school year.

Job Purpose

The Manufacturing College Co-op Program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple manufacturing functions. Through 6-month rotations in key departments, co-ops will contribute to targeted projects that drive safety, efficiency, quality, and innovation. This immersive program is designed to build foundational skills while preparing students for future careers in manufacturing and engineering.


As a Manufacturing Co-op, you will work alongside experienced professionals and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to diverse areas of CNH's manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

This program offers 6-month rotations across key manufacturing areas, giving students hands-on experience while driving improvements in safety, efficiency, quality, and innovation.


Safety - Design tools to reduce risk, enhance KPI tracking, and implement corrective actions.
Welding - Improve tools, layouts, and work instructions; support 5S and CAPEX projects.
Assembly - Develop fixtures, conduct PFMEA, enhance 5S, and aid launches.
Maintenance - Create maintenance procedures, lead TPM projects, and support facility upgrades.
Logistics - Design carts/racks, reconcile data, support WMS, and conduct studies.
Quality - Build analytics tools, improve inspection methods, and lead process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) an Associates or Technical degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related fields

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD$19.00 - $31.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
