The Leidos National Security Sector is proud to support the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) in strengthening national defense across the Indo-Pacific region. We're seeking an experienced C5ISRO Systems Engineer to join our elite team. As a Systems Engineer, you'll play a vital role in designing, integrating, and maintaining advanced C5ISR JWICS capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing C5ISR system architectures

• Creating integration and implementation plans and schedules

• Evaluating COTS/GOTS hardware and software for mission alignment

• Monitoring project progress and presenting milestone reports to stakeholders

• Supporting installation, testing, administration, and maintenance of systems

• Troubleshooting and repairing networks and existing infrastructure

• Upgrading and deploying new C5ISRO architectures as directed by government leadership

• Coordinating with PACAF PA-ESC and Theater-wide System Engineers to implement solutions across multiple sites

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Additional Certifications will also be considered in lieu of degree

• 4+ years of experience in C4I systems engineering

• Active TS/SCI clearance (required on day one)

• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II - Security+ certification

• Experience configuring network devices

• Good knowledge of network protocols, Windows, Linux, and UNIX

• Familiarity with DoD Information Security policies (COMPUSEC, INFOSEC, multi-level security)

• Understanding of military operations and Air Force intelligence systems (e.g., GALE, GCCS)

• Proficiency in Microsoft environments: Server 2003/2007/2012, VMWare, Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint

• Excellent communication, customer service, and project management skills

• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)

• Experience with VM Ware and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
