- Experience:
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, digital content, and/or growth strategy, ideally within sports, entertainment, media, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record leading high-performing teams across content creation, social media, paid/organic growth, and audience development.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Skills & Expertise:
- Deep understanding of content strategy, audience segmentation, and performance marketing.
- Strong grasp of emerging platforms, analytics tools, and growth levers (SEO/SEM, social, influencer, lifecycle, CRM, paid media).
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to align creative and commercial goals.
- Experience managing creative agencies, freelancers, and in-house teams.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Demonstrated ability to set vision, inspire talent, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Skilled at budget management, resource allocation, and vendor negotiation.
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to present ideas persuasively to executives, partners, and creative teams.

- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-visibility environments; adept at balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.
