Instructional Coach - Special Ed Settings (Eastern Massachusetts)

Are you an educator passionate about making a difference in DYS and County House of Corrections programs? We're seeking a full-time Special Ed Instructional Coach to support teachers in these settings, helping improve instruction and enhance student outcomes in Eastern Massachusetts.

Job Details:

• Salary: $66,165 to 90,579 (187 days)
• Mileage reimbursement
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm - 2 days per week with Metro DYS teachers in Roslindale/Dorchester and 3 days per week with the CHC teachers in other Eastern MA locations.
• Locations: Barnstable, MA, Boston, Ma, Dedham, Ma, Worcester, Ma, North Dartmouth, Ma, Plymouth, MA , Middleton, MA and Billerica, MA

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching to Special Ed teachers
• Support tech integration and teacher development through collaboration
• Lead workshops and use data to drive improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with MA content license and/or special education license (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years of teaching experience
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel
