Position Summary
The Vice President of Clinical - Behavioral Services will oversee the clinical direction, quality, and effectiveness of all behavioral programs across the organization. This senior leader will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and innovation in service delivery. The VP of Clinical will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, guiding strategic initiatives, mentoring clinical staff, and strengthening partnerships with schools and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all behavioral programs and services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, policies, and best practices aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of clinicians, fostering professional development, collaboration, and excellence in service delivery.
- Partner with schools and educational systems to design, implement, and evaluate effective behavioral interventions and supports.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and legal standards (BACB, state, and federal regulations).
- Analyze outcomes data to drive program improvements, quality assurance, and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic goals, support growth initiatives, and align clinical programs with organizational priorities.
- Represent the organization with external stakeholders, including schools, community partners, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a BCBA, with a strong record of clinical leadership.
- Demonstrated experience working within school systems, including collaboration with administrators, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to develop and implement large-scale clinical programs.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, special education, and behavioral health regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence.
- Knowledge of compliance in behavioral health and school-based services.
