Overview

Our client is an international bank seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience navigating a full CCAR cycle at a large financial institution and possess a strong understanding of the regulatory documentation and capital planning requirements. This contract role is hybrid in the NY/NJ area with expected 3-4 days on-site each week over the 6 month duration.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the preparation of CCAR-related documentation, including - Capital Plan and Capital Policy, Process and controls documentation, Review and challenge documentation, Model documentation, Assumption limitations and weaknesses
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and internal governance standards.
  • Collaborate with risk, finance, and modeling teams to gather and validate inputs.
  • Draft clear, concise, and audit-ready regulatory documentation.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of CCAR processes and controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Prior experience completing a CCAR cycle at a major financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end CCAR process and its risk management components.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality regulatory documentation efficiently.
  • Ability to serve on-site 3-4 days a week at client location
  • Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
