We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with a strong background in managing document repository and workflow technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively at the executive level. While technical experience is a plus, the primary focus is on strategic product leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivering business value through innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Own the product lifecycle for document repository and workflow solutions, from strategy to execution. * Collaborate with engineering, UX, operations, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps. * Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility. * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. * Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear updates, roadmaps, and strategic insights. * Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. * Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in document and workflow management. Qualifications: * 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise software or document/workflow technologies. * Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. * Strong understanding of document repository systems (e.g., Laserfiche, SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum) and workflow automation tools (e.g., Nintex, Power Automate, K2). * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive leadership. * Technical background or familiarity with software development processes is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. Preferred Skills: * Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). * Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Food service experience in operations or technologies Apply to Compass Group today!
