This Position reports to:

Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse. Each day, you will be responsible for sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by performing other routine activities according to established procedures.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products division.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Coordinate with Transportation Management, Outbound Leadership and carriers to arrange timely order and direct delivery pick up, and schedule Inbound freight appointments
  • Performs systematic trailer arrival and departure,Prepare necessary documentation and contact carriers for pick up
  • Monitors, updates and actions in transit report and error logs, provide assistance to customer service representatives concerning order status and special customer needs, Document control for Purchase Orders and Bills of Lading
  • Serve as a primary back up to the receiving clerk,and other duties as deemed necessary or assigned
Qualifications for the role:
  • High School Diploma or equivalency,Computer skills required - Microsoft Word, Exceland Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently, Must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities, Ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Good interpersonal skills, Detailed and team oriented
  • Flexible to work different shifts if necessary and overtime with little or no notice
While hourly pay rate is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay $21.00.
Employee referrals are subject to a referral bonus; all qualifying employees will receive a one-time sign on bonus of $500.00.
