BIOVIA, a subsidiary of DASSAULT SYSTEMES, is looking for a motivated BIOVIA Materials Science Product Manager to join our team in San Diego, CA in an onsite/hybrid role.

Role Summary

As a BIOVIA Material Science Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and evolution of Materials Intelligence, ensuring it aligns with BIOVIA's broader Material Science portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product capabilities that address customer challenges, reflect market needs, and differentiate BIOVIA in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the product vision and strategy for Materials Intelligence in alignment with BIOVIA's organizational priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define features and enhancements that solve customer pain points and respond to emerging market demands.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer requirements, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, clearly outlining strategic milestones and tactical execution plans.
  • Communicate the roadmap and product direction effectively to internal teams, leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovation-driven environment that supports effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Lead the successful launch of new product features and releases, working closely with marketing and sales to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and gather customer feedback to guide continuous improvement and future iterations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within Materials Science or Lab Informatics software.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, decision-support applications, and the Materials Science research ecosystem.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
