Pay: $17-$22.56/hour (based on experience, education, and skills)Schedule: Full-time | 3rd shift

What You'll Do:


  • Operate and monitor 1-4 production machines

  • Inspect parts and record metrics

  • Maintain safety and quality standards

  • Use handheld tools and read mechanical drawings

  • Support team with cross-training and documentation


What You'll Need:


  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years in machining or Machine Tech certificate

  • Ability to read instructions and blueprints (GDT)

  • Basic math and computer skills

  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated environment
