Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM

Location: Onsite - 1690 Barton Rd Ste 200 Redlands, CA 92373

Primary Responsibilities:



  • This is a patient facing replacement position request to fulfill the Associate Patient Care Coordinator role to support Optum Redlands Barton Clinic
  • This is a patient facing replacement position request to fulfill the Medical Receptionist role to support Optum Redlands Barton Clinic
  • Central check-in, appointment scheduling, referral scheduling, and incoming/outgoing patient phone calls
  • The position has an umbrella of responsibilities which are vital to our front office team
  • The position is an individual contributor role
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience with customer service including basic communication and payment handling


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Medical office experience
  • Computer skills
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English



Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
