Summary:

For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Patient Representative - Day Shift (Maine Medical Center, Portland, ME)

Our flagship hospital in Portland, ME is seeking a dedicated full-time Patient Representative to join our team on the day shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM). This 36-hour per week position follows a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. As a key point of contact for patients and families, you'll provide compassionate support, assist with inquiries, and help coordinate communication between departments to ensure a smooth patient experience. We're looking for someone who is professional, empathetic, and thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment.
