Think is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused team member to join the Deposits department as a Consumer Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support to our front-line staff. As a Consumer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in serving our customers from a "back-office" support position using your knowledge in banking and deposit products along with your keen attention to detail to assist front-line bank staff on issues related to CIF, consumer debit cards, transactions, and deposit accounts. You will use your commitment to providing excellent internal customer service to interact with branch and front-line team members while serving as a resource for CIF requirements and procedures, fielding questions, and providing support on debit card transactions and deposit services. As a Consumer Support Specialist, you will support the daily operation of Think's digital banking activities including Online & Mobile Banking, Authentication software, Bill Pay and Remote Deposit Capture as well as various digital payment options. Using your thorough understanding of technology systems related to debit cards, deposit accounts and item processing, you will help to ensure these systems are running smoothly while assisting coworkers and customers with troubleshooting any issues You will engage a high level of accuracy to monitor customer deposit activities and conduct quality control reviews to ensure CIFs and deposit related accounts and services are accurate and compliant. Schedule: This is a full-time position working 40 hours/week. The hours for this role will range from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays from 8:45 AM - 12:45 PM. Pay: $28.62/hour Benefits:The position is eligible for a full benefits package including:
