We're looking for a strategic, people-focused leader to oversee Revenue Cycle Patient Access Operations in your region-helping ensure every patient's first interaction with our health system is smooth, supportive, and effective.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, coach, and empower management teams-fostering a positive, high-performance culture that reduces turnover.
• Ensure Compliance: Keep patient access operations aligned with Federal and State regulations, updating policies to maintain excellence.

• Measure & Improve: Set clear performance metrics, track results, and implement changes that lead to measurable gains.
• Oversee Operations: Collaborate with departments to streamline admissions, ED registration, financial counseling, cashiering, and more.
• Manage Budgets: Build and manage operational and capital budgets, proactively addressing variances.

Other information:
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration or related field.
* Master's degree strongly preferred.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
* Seven (7) years of related experience, with at least five (5) years of management experience tied to Revenue Cycle, health care, or finance.
* Prior experience in a multi-location health system environment preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
* Understands and appropriately applies principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized expertise.
