The Senior Technical Service Manager - Automotive OEM - USCA will have responsibility to oversee an organization that provides site support for Automotive OEM assembly plants in the United States and Canada. The position will be part of the Optima Solutions Americas Leadership Team and will have direct reports that are Optima Solutions Managers. This role will report to the Optima Solutions Regional Director. As an Optima Solutions Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and operational excellence of the Optima Solutions organization within your designated region. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of Optima Solutions to achieve sustainable growth and market expansion.
- Talent Management:Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Customer Focus:Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence:Oversee regional operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and policies.
- Financial Management:Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet or exceed targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- 10 + years' experience in a commercial or technical service role with a proven record of leadership, and people management
- Experience in managing a cross regional, country and team boundaries
- Demonstrable market, customer awareness and product technical knowledge are essential
- Knowledge of all customer coatings application equipment and processes
- Ability to lead a large team and interface effectively with technical, sales, marketing and manufacturing management
- Estimated 25% travel - Travel within the region is expected
