The Quality Technician is responsible for performing calibration on precision tools and equipment, maintaining accurate quality records, and supporting the Quality Department with administrative and compliance-related tasks. This role ensures all equipment and documentation meet internal standards and customer requirements.

What you'll do:



  • Perform in-house calibration of torque drivers, wrenches, micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Coordinate and assist external calibration services for equipment that cannot be calibrated internally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date calibration records and certificates.
  • Manage and document order-specific certificates required by customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist with internal quality audits and support first article inspections and other quality assurance activities.
  • Support the Quality Department with document control, administrative tasks, and quality system maintenance.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve quality-related documentation or calibration issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory or customer-specific requirements.
  • Manage and document order-specific certificates as required by our customers.
  • Support the Quality Department by performing other administrative tasks, including audits, first article inspections, etc.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


What you need:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • AND two years related experience in calibration
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems a plus
