Customer Program Manager:
As a Client Relations Strategist, you'll play a critical role in expanding business opportunities within the global aviation sector. This position involves cultivating high-value relationships, participating in key industry events, and aligning technical solutions with customer power and avionics needs. Your efforts will drive growth across commercial, general, and defense aviation sectors by fostering strong connections and delivering exceptional service.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of professional experience within the aviation industry, particularly involving aircraft electrical or avionics systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in client engagement, account development, and service excellence.
- Adept at negotiation and leading complex project initiatives.
- Confident public speaker with the ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations.
- Skilled in using CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with a structured and goal-driven approach.
- Strong critical thinking abilities, with a knack for prioritizing and resolving challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across various mediums.
DESIRABLE, BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Certifications or licenses such as Private Pilot's License or A&P License.
Experience:
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers and aviation service providers.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, assess product potential, and track competitive positioning.
- Plan and deliver tailored presentations for new and existing clients, highlighting value-added offerings.
- Lead proposal creation, compliance mapping, and responses to formal requests for proposals.
- Manage contract negotiations and formalize long-term service agreements.
- Operate as the central liaison for clients, ensuring alignment across engineering, logistics, and support teams.
- Organize and support hands-on training sessions and customer onboarding initiatives.
- Become proficient in advanced energy storage, power distribution, and integrated avionics technologies.
- Represent the company at aviation expos and trade events.
- Travel approximately 25% for in-person meetings and industry functions.
