Position Summary

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor
to oversee on-site management, supervision, and coordination of field construction activities for the company's CAPEX projects, typically valued between $0.5 million and $15 million. This role plays a key part in ensuring contractors and vendors adhere to project plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures; actively contribute to a strong safety culture on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards by contractors, subcontractors, and construction management staff.
  • Monitor and manage field progress, schedule adherence, cost control, and quality assurance of all contractor-executed work.
  • Maintain construction quality in accordance with design specifications and company standards.
  • Analyze issues, forecast potential problems, and recommend/implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with construction engineers and planners to develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Prepare Daily Construction Reports (DCRs) and lead weekly contractor update meetings.
  • Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation and approval of change orders before work is performed.


Estimated Min Rate: $50.00
Estimated Max Rate: $64.00
