Position Summary We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site management, supervision, and coordination of field construction activities for the company's CAPEX projects, typically valued between $0.5 million and $15 million. This role plays a key part in ensuring contractors and vendors adhere to project plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. Key Responsibilities Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures; actively contribute to a strong safety culture on-site. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards by contractors, subcontractors, and construction management staff. Monitor and manage field progress, schedule adherence, cost control, and quality assurance of all contractor-executed work. Maintain construction quality in accordance with design specifications and company standards. Analyze issues, forecast potential problems, and recommend/implement effective solutions. Collaborate with construction engineers and planners to develop and maintain project schedules. Prepare Daily Construction Reports (DCRs) and lead weekly contractor update meetings. Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation and approval of change orders before work is performed. Estimated Min Rate: $50.00 Estimated Max Rate: $64.00 What's In It for You?
