POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Corporate Enterprise Systems team. This role is critical in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing several back-of-house applications across Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, Audit, Risk and Legal functions. You will act as a key liaison between internal clients, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure systems are optimized and aligned with business needs.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Location(s): Charlotte, NC or Milwaukee, WI

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Provide day-to-day administration and support for enterprise systems including access management and system maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal client support, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, system workflows, and process improvements.
  • Create and maintain system and process documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities including UAT coordination.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.


PREFERRED SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE

Experience with one or more of the following or comparable systems is highly desirable:



  • UKG (Human Capital Management)
  • iCIMS (Applicant Tracking)
  • Oracle (Financial Modules)
  • Jira (Issue Tracking and Project Management)
  • Microsoft Power BI (Analytics)
  • Third-party risk management systems


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to work across diverse teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements, creating process maps, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries or with compliance and audit systems.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of system integration and data flow between enterprise applications.

Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
