We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-savvy Buyer I to join our collaborative team at our Auburn Hills HQ. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and teamwork in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As a Buyer I, you'll play a key role in supporting our supply chain operations by:

• You'll be supporting supply chain operations by:

• Quoting & Contracts: Assisting with sales contracts and quoting processes.
• Procurement: Turning purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
• Inventory Management: Using ERP systems (especially SAP) to manage inventory levels.
• Supplier Coordination: Working with suppliers to meet inventory goals and timelines.
• Returns & Adjustments: Handling returns, credits, and debits efficiently.
• Vendor Relations: Building strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Supplier Reviews: Supporting reviews and tactical negotiations with suppliers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Product Managers and Supply Chain leadership.
• Communication: Ensuring clear and effective communication across departments and with suppliers.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings:

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 2-3 Years of Purchasing Experience (plastics preferred)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience in plastics distribution (preferred)
• A proactive, independent mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and organizational abilities
• Comfort working with both small and large vendors
• SAP experience (preferred but not required)

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is available for this role
