Salesforce Inc. seeks Product Manager Senior Analyst in Dallas, TX: Job Duties: Work closely with our business partners, product managers, and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level. Craft and own user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions and detail out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon. Attend daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers. Identify business process improvements and opportunities for automation. Document work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos, participate in roadmap planning, and identify touch points in multi-cloud implementations. React to process and product-related questions and raise issues to the correct team or to the management, as necessary. Participate in the UAT and release process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting. Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both customers and team members. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering (any field)). Special Skill Requirements: (1) Requirement gathering; (2) Project Management; (3) Java Script; (4) HTML and CSS; (5) Salesforce; (6) REST and SOAP API; (7) Web Services; (8) Force.com; (9) Eclipse; (10) Informatica; (11) Salesforce Data Loader; (12) Apex; (13) Visualforce; and (14) ANT.
