Cashier - PT - Beaufort

Receives cash from customers or employees in payment for goods and records amounts received. Makes change, issues receipts and tickets to customers. Prepares reports of transactions. May make credit card transactions. Monitors the signature sheets for cash, credit and (Subsistence in Kind) patrons when necessary. Balance and verify cash collected. May be required to know value and features of items for which money is received. Keep reception/sign in area clean and free of safety hazards. Other duties assigned by the Dining Room Supervisor to include light cleaning of the dining room.
