What to Expect As a Technical Associate Manager, you will have the critical task of managing the priorities and tasks of the Process Technician Team. Your experience in fast-paced production lines as well as strong manufacturing ramp background will make you an ideal candidate for this role. You are very hands-on, energetic, and have a capacity to think critically on many different complicated processes. Your proven ability to collaborate with employees, peers, and managers is one of your key strengths for success.
