Your opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Analyst Relations Manager to further strengthen New Relic's relationship with key analyst firms such as Gartner and IDC and maintain our leadership position in key industry reports covering Observability, DEM, AIOps, AI/ML, and more.

The Analyst Relations Manager will be responsible for New Relic's relationship with our analyst contacts, coordinate briefings and RFI responses. We are looking for someone with superior project management skills and SaaS experience who thrives in a high-growth culture.

What you'll do



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts from firms like Gartner, and IDC and others
  • Prioritize and manage incoming analyst requests for information, research support, research review, customer references, and event speakers
  • Work across product and marketing teams to capture requirements and develop recommendations for analyst engagements and briefings that align with business objectives
  • Coordinate briefings and RFI responses across multiple analyst firms including scheduling calls, prepping presentations, disseminating briefing notes and tracking follow-ups
  • Synthesize, edit and submit written responses to analyst inquiries, working across cross-functional internal teams
  • Proactively monitor industry research to influence focus and determine opportunities to position New Relic and our products
  • Track and report on analyst interactions, coverage, and sentiment, providing regular updates to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with subscription/licensing terms across all agreements


This role requires



  • 7+ years in analyst relations, investor relations or corporate communications at a high-growth, B2B software company
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
  • Superior communication, presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Technical and business acumen and ability to think strategically and develop AR programs that align with business objectives
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and analyst research
  • Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
  • Adept at influencing peers and managers, and building consensus in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or related industry experience

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
