Agile Project Manager, Mid The Opportunity: Are you passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's modernizing and creating efficiency in critical projects? As an Agile Project Manager, you know the importance of Agile methodologies and best practices, particularly how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need an Agile Project Manager like you to help us accomplish critical tasks that will modernize and secure Naval cyberspace operations. On our team, you'll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project successfully progresses. You'll apply basic Agile and Scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. You'll implement sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish Program Increment Objectives and Features. In this role, you'll directly support the Naval environment by working alongside our clients to deliver impactful solutions. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in Agile project management while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will ensure success for the delivery of services in support of the warfighter. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
