Position Highlights The Department of Philosophy is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for Fall 2025 semester (8/18/2025 - 1/04/2026). Area of expertise in Medical Ethics, Environmental Ethics, and Ancient Philosophy. The Instructor position is part-time, non-tenure eligible, non-benefits eligible and will provide instruction in the area of Philosophy.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Instruct undergraduate students in field of Philosophy
  • Hold office hours
  • Plan class lectures and assignments
  • Grade papers and exams
  • Assign projects
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in related subject relevant to class assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in related subjects relevant to class assignment.
