Job Summary Productor Operator uses equipment to load, unload, and transport materials assisting with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
This position is labor intensive, with a strong element of manual labor and a steady work pace required to support the smooth and continuous flow of production. Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled environment, with both internal and external activities. The current schedule is 12-hour shifts, with a rotating shift change from day to night shift every 2 weeks. One week has 3 scheduled days followed by the second week with 4 scheduled days.Overtime is scheduled as required. Starting pay at $19.00/hr. and progressing to over $22.50/hr. in the first year. An additional retention bonus is available. Preferred Qualifications
Must have a GED/High School Diploma or able to achieve passing scores on the Work Keys Skills Test administered by CareerSource Capital Region
