This role will process bi-weekly, and weekly payroll for employees. Review and verify employee timecards, earnings, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy and completeness. Resolve payroll-related discrepancies, assisting employees with questions about pay, tax withholdings, or benefits deductions. Maintain and update payroll records to ensure data integrity and adherence to compliance standards. Reconcile payroll accounts, perform audits, and collaborate with Finance to ensure proper reporting. Research and interpret payroll policies, laws, and regulations to ensure continuous compliance. Assist in preparing payroll reports and supporting audits. Provide guidance and training to junior payroll team members as needed. Impact of the Role General Profile
