Job Summary The Chief of Staff (CoS) reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of business lines. They must have strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership skills. The CoS assists in creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of an organization through tactical oversight of day-to-day Business Line operations. This includes responsibility for communicating with Focus Area Leads who are responsible for tactical actions in their areas. As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these are, but are not limited to, living the corporate values, adhering to company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with all direct reports, and staying focused on the efficient and effective operation of the company's business objectives.
