Partner Nation Specialist

Key Role:

Direct the merging and launch of knowledge to offer training, guidance, aid, and technical know-how to enhance foreign partner capacity, compatibility, and long-term abilities in line with U.S. national interests. Craft and refresh outreach plans for foreign partner engagement and capability enhancement. Facilitate multinational and foreign partner training by working with government entities to validate training content through the Foreign Disclosure Process. Plan training tactics and timetables for both domestic and overseas support personnel. Deliver superior expertise, counsel, and assistance across various regional scenarios, including developing support resources, updating methods and standards, conducting research and analysis, creating training materials, evaluating programs and initiatives, overseeing reporting analyses, and fostering communities of practice.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience supporting DoD unilateral, bilateral, or multilateral operations

• Experience conducting and facilitating training to both U.S. and partner nation forces

• Experience developing training materials

• Experience conducting needs analysis and designing, implementing, coordinating, assessing, and improving IT and cybersecurity business processes and procedures

• Experience briefing U.S. senior leadership and partner nation senior leadership

• Ability to evaluate and provide input to implementation plans for capability roadmaps

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of foreign disclosure processes, procedures, and policies

• Knowledge of USSOUTHCOM AOR

• Ability to research and resolve the root causes of problems and recommend changes to processes and procedures

• Ability to provide ongoing optimization and problem-solving support

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master's degree

Clearance:
