Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative in our White Bear Lake, MN facility! This position willmake outbound calls to established, best customers in small and large businesses, the health care field and educational institutions to build our brand recognition and provide service to the customers.Responsible for attaining outbound contact goals and ensuring that the customers have an expert person to work with on their projects or events. There is no cold calling in this position.

Your Shift:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with additional hours as needed
  • This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days per week onsite at our White Bear Lake location and the option for remote work the remaining 2 days

Your Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers
  • Promote and support our product lines including PaperDirect, Andersons, and child graduations brands
  • Build rapport and interact with existing customers and prospects
  • Enter orders into AS400 to support customer requests
  • Provide superior customer service

You Must Have:

  • High School graduate or GED preferred
  • Experience in inbound/outbound call center work
  • A customer service background in some capacity, could include upselling in an inbound call center
  • Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with stationery and/or promotional products
  • Time management, organization and follow-through skills. Ability to work independently
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers based on strong interpersonal communication skills and trust
  • Basic PC skills including ability to navigate in a website environment and proficiency in software applications (Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrated record of consistently good attendance/punctuality
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to professionally communicate with customers, account reps and managers via email and phone
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, and manage several tasks / projects at one time

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
