Summary
We're looking for a billing professional with medical collections experience in infusion services-not credit card or retail collections. In this role, you'll manage payer follow-ups, resolve denied and underpaid claims, and ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for home infusion services. You'll investigate claim issues, submit appeals, document actions clearly in the system, and support improvements to prevent future delays. You'll work independently and help train other team members as needed. If you're familiar with third-party payer rules, understand EOBs, and have worked with infusion billing before, this is the role for you. What You'll Need
